Airline Employee Cruise Deals

They DO NOT charge airline employees a booking fee to book their interline cruise discounts. Most of the other interline travel agencies charge airline employees as much as $40pp to book their interline cruise discount.

This page lists who qualifies with each of our suppliers for interline rates. From time to time the vendors do change the qualifications but not often and usually that happens when the new rates come out for the new year. This list is dictated by each of our suppliers by contract and we do and will enforce it. In all cases when you book with us you must supply a copy of your airline or retiree ID badge and a letter of employment on airline letterhead. Failure to submit these items within 24 hours of making final payment means the supplier has the right to change your reservation over to the general public rate (which is higher!). You may fax this information to us at 817 488-6291. If you have any questions about this table or list please call our office and any of our agents will be happy to help you. If the space is blank then rates are not extended. If the space say S them some of the hotels or resorts will extend interline rates to this group. See our website for details.

1* - Cunard and Seabourn extends interline rates to the pilots and retired pilots of Cargo Carries

2* - Disney allows airline employees, (active or retired), with one immediate family member in each additional stateroom (max of 3 cabins). Immediate family members traveling under this program with the eligible airline employee include the following; spouse, children, siblings and parents. The employee must be traveling for rates to be valid.
